Returns Policy
Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may
return any item, for any reason, for a full refund (We'll
even refund the shipping cost). How's that for hassle-free?
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items
purchased from emeuville.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective
or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in
unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee
at our discretion.
If your item is missing a piece, please contact us, and we will, at our discretion, either
send you the missing piece, or replace the entire item.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and
processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our
receiving your return.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for
the value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases at
emeuville.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the
same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the
gift giver know about your return.)
Packing and Sending Your
Return
Once you have read our
Return Policy, simply include the packing slip, indicating the reason for the return, wrap the item securely in its
original packaging, mark "Return to Sender" on the label, and ship the package to the
address on the shipping label.
Returning a Gift? Lost Your Packing
Slip?
If you are returning a gift, please indicate the reason for return on
the packing slip, include the packing slip with the item you are returning,
wrap the item securely in its original package, mark "Return to Sender" on the label, and ship the package to the
address on the shipping label.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number
or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along
with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, wrap the item securely in its original packaging,
mark "Return to Sender" on the label, and ship the
package to the address on the shipping label:
